Employment background: Farmed for 10 years in UK, Australia, New Zealand and USA. Ran events for Concerto Group, set up lining department at Witney UK. Set up and ran in-house department at GL Events Owen Brown then set up independently, as Seamless interiors.

Favourite part of role: Working with People, from customers to my staff to sub contractors.

Hobbies and interests: Kitesurfing, Motor bikes, Travelling

Name: Sam Felts

Title: Senior Project Manager

Employment background: Has always been in the events industry, predominantly hiring event structures. Initially, learning on the ground and gaining first-hand experience building basic structures, to working on the construction of multi-level structures and temporary buildings. After several years on site, moved to sales office and learnt art of selling and hiring structures. Following 12 years within the marquee industry, felt change was required, joined Seamless Interiors.

Favourite part of role: Handing over finished product to client and standing back, appreciating the whole event coming together, prior to going live; the ‘Ta Daaar’ moment, remembering how it got there.

Hobbies and interests: Anything to do with water & board sports – surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding or skating. Travelling, meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures.

Name: Charli Reed

Title: Project Manager

Employment background: After graduating in 2010 from Bournemouth University studying Interior Design, moved to London to work for a Brand Implementation agency as a Project Manager and more locally and recently at Stannah Lifts as a Project Planner before starting at Seamless.

Favourite part of role: Ultimately, seeing the finished result – once we handover and see what’s been created, is a great feeling, but also embraces the planning and preparation aspect. Visualising what’s required, and pulling everything together efficiently and successfully gives a great feeling of satisfaction once everything is handed over.

Hobbies and interests: Loves music; always has something playing in the background and tries to make it to as many live music events, whether gigs or festivals, as possible. Also plays Piano and loves to create original art for home, friends and family.

Name: Holly-Anna Hornblow

Title: Accounts Administrator

Employment background: Has been trained and worked as a management accountant for the last 10 years, becoming AAT qualified in 2009 and gaining further experience in various roles since then. Has worked primarily in the sports and telecoms industries but for the last few years has provided financial support to her and her husband’s event company which specialises in light and sound engineering for festivals, tours and nightclubs.

Favourite part of role: Developing and streamlining processes and creating reports to explain financial results, helping sales and management with financial decisions.

Hobbies and interests: Gymnastics and yoga, cooking at home and experimenting with new recipes. Animation – loves to draw and paint.

Name: Rachel Hutchinson

Title: Assistant Administrator

Employment background: After four years in a retail head office environment working for a number of fashion retailers, joined Seamless in January 2017 as an introduction to the equally fast-paced events industry.

Favourite part of role: Assisting all areas of the business in executing a project, by organising crew, travel arrangements and equipment. Enjoys seeing the finished results of a great event.

Hobbies and interests: Travel, baking, trying out new crafts with friends. Enjoys the theatre, frequently attending musicals and comedy gigs.

Name: Steve Shaw

Title: Yard Manager

Employment Background: Career started in Mechanical Engineering, leading to contracting within the UK and abroad. Since starting a family, has worked closer to home, diversifying into branch and yard management.

Favourite Part of the Role: Working with a highly motivated team to ensure each project runs as smoothly as possible.

Hobbies and Interests: Fishing, Art and Design, Reading. Spending time with family.

Name: Maria Frechauth

Title: Manufacture Manager

Employment background: 25 years of manufacturing experience within garments and soft furnishings, running own small business, ‘Sewinglines’, specialising in occasion, bridal wear. Latest qualification achieved, diploma in ‘Art Craft Dress maker and Interior Design’.

Favourite part of role: Very happy and blessed to be working with Seamless interiors team, enjoys understanding projects, managing people, has ability to manage tasks under pressure which is essential in this industry!

Hobbies and interests: Social life with family and friends, music, food and wine.

Name: Pimwimon Stevenson

Title: Sewing Machinist

Employment background: 20 years’ experience in sewing and manufacturing clothing in Thailand. Has high standard of work, ability to process tasks quickly and achieve quality work. Machining skills applied to UK sewing jobs for several years.

Favourite part of role: Finds working with Seamless Interiors different from previous sewing roles but makes it interesting, as every day is a school day!

Hobbies and interests: Cooking, shopping and socialising with friends.

Name: Georgi Vasilev Gospodinov

Title: Sewing Machinist

Employment background: Years of experience manufacturing clothing for the retail industry. Georgi ran his own business for 20 years supplying T-shirts to numerous retail outlets in Bulgaria.

Favourite part of the role: Thrives from being organised and understanding of laundry and stock linings, making him a key member of the team. A great machinist who is always ready to help with a smile!

Hobbies and interests: Walks the family dog regularly but when time permits he goes orienteering further afield with his four legged partner in crime! General sporty character who loves to run.
 

Name: Albena Pimitrova Gospodinova

Title: Sewing Machinist

Employment background: Ran her own business for many years manufacturing clothing to various industries in Bulgaria before working in the UK.

Favourite part of the role: A fantastic machinist who strives and succeeds in delivering a high standard of finish but extremely fast. Always looking for new products to master and enjoys working within a team.

Hobbies and interests: Loves walking and travelling, exploring various sites and places of beauty. Prone to a bit of shopping with the girlies!
